Amp Won't Power On

I have a Kenwood amp that has been working fine for the past two months. About two days ago it went out and will not power on. I have tested the power wire I get about 14v as well from the remote wire. I used the ground connection on the amp for the multi-meter ground. I also brought my amp in and they powered it on with their test equipment. When I take a measurement while the amp is connected it only reads about 3v. Any suggestions? I checked all the fuses and what not...the only thing has changed is my location, I went from FL weather to NY cold weather, LOL. Anyone else have any ideas on what to check?
