Man, have been looking for 2 hours on the tweeter upgrade
and get more confused the more I look, want to upgrade my
sedan tweeters, basically looking for some nice crisp highs
any you guys out there done just the tweeter upgrade and are
really happy with the outcome, also please mention the models and cost, man I love this site..thanks...

I have the polk ex3500's in my sedan. I noticed a nice improvement, however it is not as dramatic as I would have liked. From what I understand, no matter what tweeters you use, you will not notice a HUGE difference unless you replace the amp/add an EQ. Crutchfield had the tweets for $60, but it looks like they are out of them right now. They fit well, but I had to modify the tweeter a little to make it fit snug. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the new tweets. Everything sounds so much better, of course, now I have the urge to upgrade everything else. doh!
