Stock speaker wiring..
When I replace my stock speakers with Pioneer TS-C1653 for the front and TS-G1647 for the rears, should I replace the wiring as well? I'll be running a 400W 5 Channel amp to power them along with the stock subwoofer, until I can get a replacement for it.

You don't have to but it's not going to cost much at all to do it and it will help your system.
