Retaining Stock Sirius w/ Aftermarket H/U

I am thinking about going with the new Pioneer Avic D3 or Alpine IVA-W200 soon but was wondering what I'd need to keep my Sirius running off the stock antenna....also I have never paid for the sirius, it came with my car and I think the lady that owned it before me had the lifetime membership...so i dont want to lose this!

Thanks in advance for the help

Well I work for Sirius on the retail side and I am pretty sure the OEM radio is different than any of the aftermarket ones. New tuners are 99. but you can shop online and get one for less. The antenna plug SHOULD be the same. GL
