Is the Navigation motorized ??

ive never seen a car with navi before, But today my friend picked me up in his 2004 g35 coupe and his navigation isnt motorized popup and down. is that normal ?? i thought the navigation was motorized

nop, that **** would take to long and the motor would probably give out in a month or so. (Window Problem)

I believe the infiniti started using the motorized navi models starting in 06'

Lol ok cuz i thought the popup on a 40k dollar car is freakin ghetto as hell

Yours was probably a used 2003 w/o navi anyway, with a high *** interest rate and constant late payments. That's ghetto.

lol actually my Dd is a 07 a4 quattro with MMi, im plannin on sellin my weekend 3oozx for a 05-06 Coupe and was just wondering ....

I have an '04 and it just pops up. I kind of like it because that's just one less expensive electronic doohickey that can potentially fail.

Hey, don't confuse them with "pops up" vs "motors up".

My '05 (like others have said) motors up when you start the car and motors down when you turn it off. That is, unless you disable it with the button on the top and it always stays down.
