Damn 05 Navi

It takes me almost 5 minutes to enter an address in my navigation unit. Everytime I press enter, the damn indicator jumps around to the wrong letter/number. Don't get me wrong, I'm no surgeon, so my hand-eye coordination isn't perfect. But even when I concentrate, the damn thing still goes awry. I've even had my friends try and they can't get it either. Let me know if you have come across this issue as well.

ya, mine takes forever also. It's a poor design and should have been touch screen instead.

adding a note to this since we are talking about navis, in my brothers 05 sedan, the navi upon selecting the fuel minitor screen that tells you your distance to empty and etc, it displays it as soon as you select it and in my 07, the navi takes about 5 min to load all that info up, thats pretty annoying.

Just thought Id share this..lol

I agree. I wish there was a way to make the joystick a little firmer. (Don't we all? )

I think I noticed that the part in the 350z feels better. I wonder if they could be swapped?

+1. the joystick in the '04 seems to be a little firmer than the '05. it also takes me awhile to program an address into my navi, since i find myself always having to hit the back button
