Does tint mess with blutooth or nav?
Called LA Tint in VA. They asked if my car had navigation and blutooth. They said that since I had that I needed a certain type of tint. Is that true.
Also I'm in the manassas, va area, anyone know of a good place to go. someplace that will do the grid in the back window right?

Aint no place better to ask than in the regional section. https://g35driver.com/forums/northeast-38/
If you can't find the answer then I'd recommend going to the tint shop you mentioned and ask them if they've had problems with window matrix. Some or most places will sand them down, which is what I prefer.

Bluetooth is internal to the car, so what is on your windows is irrelevant.
Navi antennae is in the dash, so unless you tint your windshield, it's a non-issue. But even than I doubt it.
You FM antennae is integrated on the rear windshield... Tinting is irrelevant, because the tinting is only covering the interior side of the antennae. The non-tinted side of the antennae still has a clear view to the outside.
I also keep my cell phone in my pocket, and have never had any issues with signal strength or bluetooth connectivity.
I work with Faraday cages in our wireless lab, so I know all about blocking RF signals. It's actually quite a challenge to block all RF signals, and have been known to use my cell phone inside faulty faraday cages. I doubt tinting your windows with metallic tint will turn the interior of the car into a faraday cage, especially because none of the wires going through the dash to the engine compartment have filters on them.
