I must say the install was rather easy. I used the instuctions from www.g35ipod.com and went for it. Install took a little less than 1 1/2hours. I like that I can use the ipod manualy and at the same time use the steering wheel controls to change songs. Plus it sound better than the old tape adapter I had been using forever.

I still have some minor things to figure out like how I'm going to mount the ipod but over all I am very happy with this.

I've installed pac aai-nis2 on my 04 g coupe.
and i've been searching on the internet for a better looking mount than the proclip one. i like their mount for the 05+, but not for the 04 center mount.

 

BTW this was on a 03.5 sedan w/o bose and with sat button (no sat installed).

I seem to remeber some one had the mount installed in the ash tray?
