Stock face (non bose) with 4 channel amp

Stock radio (non bose) with 4 channel amp
I have a 2007 g35 coupe with the regular radio (no bose). I'm replacing all four speakers, but i want to keep the stock face. Would a 4 channel amp work with the stock face and would it sound good? Is there anything else I need for this to work and sound good?
