lot of bass but stuck in trunk....

i took it to this new shop, and he suggested i should change it to pampas or whatever u call it it..lol..so its two subs firing towards the front. and he said he could get the bose sub working if i want but its up to me....

really dont know..he said whoever did this did a **** job, since they juss installed everyting but didnt tweek a thing.

I'm not sure what the issue is. I have a single 12W6 with a 1000/1 on it. My car has tons of bass. I didn't have the stock bose but I still had the 8" hole so I got a rear deck with the bose grille.

The best you are going to get without cutting is to take out the bose sub and open the ski hole. The next option is to add more power, better sub or possibly modify the enclosure.

As for what way the subs are facing, rear will always yield more output because it allows them to load.
