03 Coupe 6MT. I can not seem to see a pattern with my door locks, windows (both), & sunroof cuttting out on me. Shut the key off & can lock door with the fob,(new battery in the fob) but when I try to open them it will not work. Sometimes with the ignigtion on they will also not work, but I drive a few miles and they are working again. All three go out at the same time locks, windows, & sunroof. Checked the fuse & reseated them, still doing the same.
Anyone have a clue?

 

Sounds like an issue with the BCM. How frequent is the problem? Any aftermarket electronics in thecar?

 

yes, I just put in a Pioneer AVIC D3 head unit.

 

I had this EXACT issue. Turns out I had a short in the wiring under one of the seats, the wire came into contact with the seat rail. They replaced the wiring for me.

 

Did you do just the radio or front speakers too?

 

I did just the radio.
