I have a 2005 G35 and I just got notified that the new 6.5 version DVD is out for the NAV system.

Has anyone installed the new 6.5 version?

Is the upgrade worth it ? The info I received says there is a POI increase of 24%. What have you noticed is the main difference from the older version?

check the map for your area on their website to see if it's a great improvement. may be useful for you up in new england but useless for me mostly here in west texas b/c the increase isn't as much so far as data for my area.

 

I figured that annual upgrades are probably not necessary. I went 3 1/2 years before my first upgrade.
