Replacing speakers and Door panels

Do you have to take the whole door panel off to replace the 4 door mounted 6.5" speakers in the Sedan or do the grills come off easily? I have a 2003 with premium package.

Re: Replacing speakers and Door panels

i am not sure about on the sedan but if it its like the coupe which it problay is then u have to remove the entire door panel. the acaul grill is part of the panel its self. Its not hard to do though it take no more then 3 min to remove the door. all u do is pop the trim peice off of the door handle and then there are to screws. undo the screws then take a screw driver and peice of cloth under the bottom of the door panel to pop it off its snaps and simple lift and pull at the same time and the door comes off.
