Aftermarket wiring

I have a new issue. I can't seem to get my radio to come on or store preset stations. the red wire is running straight to the battery and the yellow is running to the acc portion of the fuse panel. I think the red wire keeps the memory and the yellow tells the radio to turn on. is this right. any ideas as to what to do? is there a tool kit that I can buy to reseat the pins in the wiring harness maybe?

you have your wires backwards. the red wire goes to the acc and the yellow goes to the battery. try that and will now have your stations stored
