Need Opinions *pics*

I bought a 12 band Cobra XRS9530 Radar Detector and I was wondering if anyone had experience with this sort of system. It costs $140 but i was able to get it for $30 bucks (brand new in the package).

Soooo whatcha think, the whole process of ripping out the Apillar and the plastic in the passenger foot area to rig the wire wasn't all that fun but simple enough for me to do it without instructions.

(didnt get around to putting back on the outlet yet but did a little wiring of my own to extend the cable and make the combination easier.

i was really looking for opinions on the detector itself and if its effective, dont really have the cash to get a V1 or belltronics at the moment.

Depends where you live and what kind of laser, radar your local law enforcement uses. I think a company annually does a radar/laser detector test and review. The Valentine and Passport consistently outperforms all the others by a landslide (which is reflected in their respective pricing).
