I had the same issue. Bought an '04 and 2 months later it crapped out. Luxury car my *** when stupid crap like this doesn't work. It's not like a CD changer is brain surgery nowadays.
I got the extended warranty since I bought used so hopefully it is covered and I can get it replaces, otherwise, imma give this car absolute HELL til i pay it off a little to get rid of it. Theres no way I am paying for a car like this where the damn CD player screws up.

I've had similar problems with my CD player. I've been trying to see if it's just me, but it seems to only be with burned CDs. And it only happens if they're being played for an hour or so. Okay, so I'm going in next week to get the CD player replaced for THE THIRD TIME!!! They're telling me that many other makes are not allowing burned CDs to play in their vehicles (like Ford, etc) and they can't guarantee I won't have the same problem. So far I'm under warranty. But I can't believe that buyers are so limited with shoddy technology.
