I am planning on buying a G37 shortly, I see all the cars now basically come standard with XM + Nav Traffic. I have an MDX with Nav Traffic and it's basically a waste, is it still possible to get Sirius (it was a choice on my 06 M35x)?

 

No, It's only XM now from my understanding while in the test drive with the dealer. I really wanted Sirius because I love their rap stations, mostly the DJ's on there.. funny asses.
