'07 G35 Sedan, Play Video in NAV

I know there are video hook ups in the center console, but I haven't been able to figure out if you can play video through the NAV while driving. Or a way to save music videos like .mp4 or .avi or .mpeg to hard drive to play videos in the NAV?

Video will not play while driving. Car must be in PARK with the E-Brake engaged.

Also, seeing as how you can't even copy MP3 files over to the hard drive (other than ripping them straight from a CD), I am pretty sure you can't play any movie files from the hard drive.
