Hey all..new to this site..i've got a 2003 G35 Sedan and looking to play DVD's in the Nav screen..Anyone know of a easy way around?? how much will it cost. I've heard of the avelectronic.com site, but whats it going to cost..will it look the same using the same screen..or is it going to stick out..and look modified??

Re: Play DVD's in the NAV

It'll be totally hidden if you install it right. $500-$700 for the total setup, depending on what DVD player you use, etc. The install will run you a bit if you don't do it yourself. You switch between the Nav, TV, DVD, and other aux inputs via a wireless remote (if you so choose), which is picked up by a RX installed in the dash-- very inubtrusive. The DVD player and Aveletronic unit can be hidden under the passanger seat, in the trunk, etc. Depends on how much of your car you want to take apart, and how much you want to spend.

This is just a quick blurb about it, if anyone would like to expand, please be my guest.
