Nav and Audio

hey guys Im the proud owner of a 07 G35 in the UAE. This is my first post and need some info or advise desperately. The version that you get here comes without Nav and bluetooth. I would like to integrate NAv with the existing display. Also how do I enable my DVD player to play even when the cars moving. Could u tell me the best after market Nav solution to get voice commands off the existing speakers and have the display integrated as while using the existing keys for menu control
thanx in advance

Its a Sedan mate..... !! The nav system optional provided by the dealer here has an external remote control for menus although the display and voice are integrated. I dont understand why it should be any different from the G35's u get in states with menu keys inegrated on the console control ****..... I would like to know if its possible to integrate an aftermarket system completely diplay, commands, controls.... everything..
Also would appreciate a way to have the DVD player fix
Thanx
