I search but no luck. Is there a video cable that will connect Video Ipod to Pioneer Avic Z1 so the video ipod will work on pioneer?

No, at least not with the Pioneer-Ipod interface. I think the only way to get the ipod video to the Z1 screen is to just use a composite video connection. You will not be able to control the ipod through the Z1 this way though.
