I need to remove my bose headunit so I can connect my Roady XT, I have done a search and can't find a DIY to remove the console. It has the "sure connect" wire so I was just going to wrap it around the antenna connection going into the Bose HU and I was also hoping to tap into the power so I can hard wire it as well. I know I could use the PAC thing but I don't have the 100 buks to spend.

Also could I just attach it to the antenna somewhere in the trunk?
