Need help w/ rear seat bottom & side panel removal

I'm trying to route power wire to trunk mounted amp under carpet and thru back seat of a coupe. I need to pop off one of the rear side panels to get under the carpet.

I read the post that described unhooking two wires from the bottom rear seat, but I can't find them.

If anyone has experience removing the back seat and rear side panel in a G35 Coupe, I would appreciate some guidance.

Thanks

Had to do some searching for this thread. I thought it was in the DIY section. There's no wires, just 2 clips. Pull straight up on your rear seat about 1 foot in from the outside on each side.
