BUYING THE NAVI AFTERMARKET
IS THERE A WAY TO GET THE INFINITI NAVIGATION AFTER I ALREADY HAVE THE CAR? I DIDNT GET IT WHEN I GOT THE CAR BUT I WANT IT NOW. IF ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS PLEASE EITHER LEAVE A POST OR ELSE EMAIL ME @ NY4949UP@AOL.COM

Actually, you could buy the OEM Nav. But then the cable it must attach to costs $1300 - one single cable WTF!
You could buy the OEM center console and mount a Touch screen and then use an aftermarket puter/dvd unit. Look for a navi console in a junk yard.

I really want the navigation. What am I looking for in the junk yards? the whole unit? Anyone know any other way to get a navigation system. Anyone know any other type of navigation that will actually fit in the same spot or even have the navi system maybe in the trunk and have like the screen pop out? anyone know anyway like that?

I heard it would cost closer to $4-5k to install the factory nav after you have the car. It would probably be better to do a double-din, touchscreen, custom install. Or trade in your 03 for an 04 w/nav (or 04 for 05). Either way you'll be out a few thousand but you'll get the nav.
