Trunk Won't Open

So, along with everyone else on this board, i am putting in a full stereo. I just installed my D3 and hooked up all the speakers with my 4-channel. I worked on it all weekend and when i went to show off some of my work i could not get the trunk open. I have a '06 Coupe. The button on the dash does not work, the button on the trunk will not work, my remote will not work, but the weirdest thing is that my second remote is able to unlock the trunk. I checked to make sure that i did not unplug anything in the trunk and in the dash. I could see if a fuse was blown, but since only one remote unlocks the car's trunk i now have no idea where else to look.
where did i go wrong?

If you open your glove box there is a switch that turns the trunk mechanism on and off, go and make sure its in the ON position. You'd be surpised how often this has happened to me.

I have the same problem...
I just bough my g35 coupe (2003) and after a week my trunk won't open...
Will it work for coupe?
Does the coupe have the same switch in a glove box?

make sure you didnt shut the car off before you came to a stop. this happened to me, i went for a drive around the block came back and turned the key off after stopping, and it opened just fine. might be some sort of security measure or something.

Thanx!
Actually I left my G in the service for dry-cleaning and when I came to them to take my car I realized what my trunk won't open not from inside nor from outside =(
I had an audi before and I know what germans can block the trunk after it will stay in the open position for the long time... and the only way to unlock it is to go to the service and to cancel errors from computer...
After I read this post I realized what the man from dry-cleaner's can just turned it off... I just don't know is there such switch in my '03 coupe
