Clarion Speaks
My audio installer only caries clarion and audionbahn speakers, im more interested in the clarion speakers and i wanted to know what opinion you have on them, i have never heard them set up in a car, so if anyone has any information that they can give it would be apreciated, the speakers are the 6 1/2 , the 6x 9 and the 12" sub modle numbers are sr3031,srr6985,srr1685

BillR has the best advice anyone can give you so follow it and you won't make a mistake.

There is another thread entitled "<a href="https://g35driver.com/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=AudioVideo&Number=205090&p age=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&part=">Stock Tweeters</a>" where SoCalTed states "I believe everything is Clarion, except for the rear Bass and amp.". Another member removed his tweeters and found out the stock tweeters were Clarion not Bose. Basically I'm saying you might already have Clarion speakers if you have the Bose system.
But I still agree with the others. Go listen to them and see if you like them. Also, unless you have some reason you need to use your current audio installer I'd go and find some others that carry other brands and listen to them as well. Hope this helps.

On my Bose equipped sedan, there was no manufacturer's label at all on either of the front door speakers. They were obviously very cheaply made units, whatever their origin.
