V1 hardwire options (non-powered mirror)

V1 hardwire options (non-powered mirror)

I have non premium G35x with sunroof .... love the way mirror mount looks ... Where is the best place to hardwire the radar detector? Map light? or am I pretty much stuck runnig wires to the fuse box?

It's easy to conceal the wires to hardwire it to the fuse box.

I ran the power line down the pillar and into the fuse box. i used an add a fuse or something like that from pepboys and plugged it in to empty live slot.

Thanks guys .... to route to the fuse box, do I need to remove a-pillar and headliner, or the cord could just be shoved in there?

It's easy to remove the a-pillar cover. Pull off the black rubber molding and pull off the cover. You can push the power cord under the headliner at the windshield.
