Drive by Wire G35??

Hi All,

Excuse me for my naiveness, but I would like to know is our G are drive by wire? 04' G35C is what I have. I know the Impreza STI is.

I really wonder how much faster of acceleration response you get from DBW. maybe 0.1s?

Cheers,
ILuvMyG35

all G35's are drive by wire...

acceleration response will not only have to do with throttle speed but also how quick the car downshifts / cam timing adjusts etc...

the VQ is a overall very responsive...

Most newer cars and now trucks are going with drive-by-wire. Its mainly for engine control and is safer than cable driven throttles
