Question Help!

Im trying to do modding on a budget under 1K cash plus various barters so I have to work with what I have. So far Ive already spent over half my budget and stuff I had for barter. The exterior is done and now im working on the Audio. This is what I have to work with;

So what are your suggestions to set this up? Keep in mind I dont want to buy anything additional other than of course wiring kits, harnesses, etc.

Thanks

Can you clarify what your budget is?

You do of course realize that just the head unit alone is costing you $700...

There's no way you can set up any good system with $300.
You're plunging that much money into a head unit, you might as well go an extra mile to set the rest of the system right.

Just to give you an idea,

Wire Harness for Head Unit ~$20
Wiring Supplies for two amps ~$60
Box for sub ~$50

That leaves you with $170 to set up the system, assuming your starting budget was $1K.

Welcome to the harsh reality of car audio

Either revise your budget or your expectations.

Lol, no. I already have that equipment. I just dont want to buy anymore. I was wondering what the best set up would be to maximize what I already have.

On a side note I think the budget is reasonable. Im going to post a Thread when Im done w/ plenty of pics. $1000 cash plus about $1200 worth of stuff to barter was my starting budget for my mods. As of right now I have all the equipment that I listed here and I upgraded my low beams/high beams/parking lights/bumper corners, tinted my tail lights, polished my headlights, lowered the car, got 19" rims w/ new tires. And currently have $500 cash left over (and nothing left to barter) which Im pretty sure the installation , steering wheel controls , sirius module and wiring for the Audio equipment is going to eat up.

Edit;
Part of my cash budget has already been spent on the DashBoard kit and radio wiring

Ah... Ok, well that makes things different.

If you already own all that gear, the $1k can go a long way.

What are you looking for? Loudness or Quality?

Well, Like I mentioned before, budget around $150 just for misc supplies + enclosure.

You could use the Alpines for rear mid-bass filler, as they have an ok excursion capability. I've heard the Kicker Sub, but never a Nakamichi, so I couldn't say which one of the two is best. I would ditch the kicker amp, keeping the kenwood for the Sub, and get a good quality amp (JL 300/4v2) ~$300 to power the alpines in the rear, and a good quality set of front component speakers (MB Quart, Boston Acoustics, Focals, Diamond, etc) ~$250 -$300.

Spend the remaining money on sound deadening for the car.
