I have an 04 coupe 6mt w/o navigation... i'm thinking of installing a pioneer d3 although i cannot find the diy for the install... i've seen it in the past and am having trouble finding it... i don't listen to cd's so i though that with my ipod that would be a good choice for head unit... i already am running to jl slash amps (500/1 & 300/4) with diamond audio hex 6.5's and a 4080 box with a rockford punch sub... please help with locating a diy and any opinions on different headunits... i've found the d3 for 550.00 new in box plus shipping... i though was dirt cheap... thanks for any help

 

Docron1 did a DIY that should be stickyed, but hasn't been yet.

 

do you know if i have to solder anything on the 04 coupe.... i do have the dual climate control.... I couldn't locate a DIY from kia... Please help

 

You will have to desolder the dual climate control button from the OEM controller and solder it onto the new controller.

 

does anyone know where i can find some info on that or maybe a DIY for the install?
