Data Logging system.

I've got an AutoDyno Pro: Link
It's currently setup on my '69 Nova, but it's a really slick setup because I can just put an RJ45 jack in the dash of the car and move the unit from vehicle to vehicle by simply unplugging the cord. I'd like to get it installed on the infiniti, but I'm not so sure where alot of the wires are.

The 12 volt switched is no problem, nor is ground. I've found that (Via: Link) the VSS is on the radio harness. I'm wondering if there is a better place to access it that is known about? Perhaps on the ECU? And also the Tach Signal is listed as 'UNCOMMON WIRE' on any coil or injector. I have no idea what an uncommon wire is.

And secondly, I've got 4 available analog inputs (0-15v) and I have no idea what to use them on. I Figure one atleast can be the TPS, and I know there's a harness on the pedal assembly, but I'm not sure which wire there to use. I'm not boosted so that's not available to use, but which other 3 inputs would be a good choice and how do I get to them? Clutch engagement would be cool, or gear selection if that's possible.

Thanks in advance for the advice.
