I recieved a carvox cx-2300 for Christmas. I didn't want to have any problems on the install so I decided to find a shop. I talked to an installer that seemed very knowledgable on the G along with remote starts. The problem is that when you hit the remote start button, the lights flash, and then five seconds later the remote beeps three times. No dash lights or any other start sequence. The installer has checked and double checked all the connections and can't find any problem, we even replaced the brain. He also had another installer look over his work briefly to see if there was any problem, with no luck. Also using the 556U bypass if that matters. Any Ideas????

 

did you have a blank key to program the transponder...

 

The installer put a key in the 556U bypass module. I don't think there was any programing to do
