Joepaniolo said there was a way to run an infared device (PAC SWI-X) up to above the mirror and aim it down on the HU - it's hooked up to the wiring of the steering wheel audio controls I think. Is there any other way of doing this without the PAC SWI-X??? Obviously, it's really complicated since the only I/O's on the stereo are the antenna, speakers, pre-outs, etc....

Any other ways? I'd like to have my audio controls on my steering wheel work with the new HU.

If it doesn't work, maybe I can use them so open my garage since I'm getting a G35 without the Premium package next week! Yes, next week, baby!!!! It's on a train right now...... can't wait.
