Would anyone know if there is a shop in TX preferably in Austin, Houston, or Dallas that can mod my Nav to play DVD's? I know they have the Navigation TV Tuner and New-Navigation Video Switcher's but is there some shop that can install it for me? Any info would be appreciated.

 

I can't give you any place I recommend cause I don't live in TX, but this should be a fairly simple procedure for any car audio shop by where you live. Just call a few places and ask them whether they are familiar with the AV Electronics NAV Tuner.

 

It should but I took my car to a few here in Austin where I live and they said they couldnt do it. One stated it was illegal to have DVD played from the nav in the front, and the others said they could do it but they have never done it on the G35 and didnt want to mess anything up.
