Auto window seal not working after amp/sub install? - G35Driver

Auto window seal not working after amp/sub install?

I just got done doing my amp/sub install and it seems both my windows do not seal when the doors are closed. I had removed the ground from the battery not sure if that messed up the ECU. What could cause this???

Never mind. I rolled the windows down and back up and its working now... Good to know.
