I sent Yoshi a fax with a copy of my drivers license.

He is saying:

"As for the payment, we will send the payment address of the credit card. So, you do not need to send the card information to us (We do not need to hear any your card information)".

I am a bit confused. How do I get him my credit card info?

He will send you a secure web form that is associated with their store. You fill in your info there.

They use a secured japanese billing company to handle the payment similar to paypal or c2it. J's doesn't handle the financial transaction.....you then submit your payment information (i.e. credit card info) to that online billing company.
