I've searched and searched but can't seem to find the answer to my question. I want to integrate an Ipod touch to my wife's 05 Sedan with the NON-Bose stereo, without SAT radio. I keep seeing write ups with the Bose system but I want to make sure before I buy the harness it will work on the NON-Bose system. Also my other question is if I purchase the kit from everything G35, will I still be able to control the ipod from the ipod itself other then through factory stereo? Thanks.

 

As far as the iPod connector goes, the wire harnesses are the same between the Bose and non-Bose. Your wife's car is prewired for satellite radio. The unit from everythingg35.com will fit you wife's car.

The Nissan kit from everythingg35.com takes over control of the ipod. You cannot control the ipod through the controls on the ipod. The OEM radio controls the ipod.
