Would a JL 10w7 fit in a 4080 sub enclosure?

Would a JL 10w7 fit in a 4080 sub enclosure?
hey there, i was wondering if a JL 10w7 fit in a 4080 sub enclosure box? i currently have the sub in a ground shaker box, but of course its taking up most of my trunk space. thanks for the help guys.....

also how is the ground shaker box compared to the 4080 sub box? i am not sure but i believe the ground shaker box is thicker. does that effect the bass of the sub?

no. Even if it did there is not enough airspace

A 10w6 will fit in the 4080 box.

W6's work very well in the 4080 box. I have a pair of 12W6's, one in a 4080 box and the other I made to match it. Sounds great!

No it won't. The W6 barely fits! I had to install a rubber spacer and finagle the speaker to get it to fit.

^ Is your W6 logo aligned straight down? I had to turn the speaker slightly so the terminals wouldn't hit.
