What settings should I use on 500/1 Amp?

I have an 06 Sedan with the Bose system and I just installed a JL 500/1 Amp along with a 10" JL W6V2 sub in a sealed box. I got the source for the amp by splicing into the left and right rear signals coming from the Bose headunit BEFORE they go into the Bose amp. Everything works great, my last question is, with this setup, what should I have everything set to on the back of my JL 500/1 amp?

Infrasonic Filter: On or Off? If on, what freqency?
Bass EQ: What setting?
Center Freq: What setting?
Boost: What setting?
Mode/Slope: 0, 12, or 24?
Filter Frequency: what setting?
Input Selection: High or Low?
Input sensitivity: what setting?

Thanks in advance

Some info. I had to really play with my settings because these amps aren't really your average amp.

You have to start with a set of settings, listen to some music, adjust, listen again ,and so on until it sounds like you like it.

So im pretty happy with my setup so far but I have the gain on the amp turned all the way down and the input sensitivity all the way down and the input setting set to high level (which results in less output) and still sometimes the bass is way too loud and boomy. Any suggests on how to further reduce or adjust the bass output?

I feel like on some sounds i need to turn up the bass with the remote bass control **** and on some songs even when it is turned all the way down the bass is way too loud.

Any suggestions?

If the input of your amp is the rear speaker signal, you can use your fader to control the level of bass.

not familiar with the JL amps but here goes

i dont use Infrasonic Filter Bass EQ Center Freq Boost
Mode/Slope: 0, 12, or 24? 24
Filter Frequency: what setting? 80
Input Selection: High or Low? low
Input sensitivity: what setting?

turn HU to about 3/4 volume
