What does one do if they own a 03-04 Sedan and want a DD in dash Head unit?

What does one do if they own a 03-04 Sedan and want a DD in dash Head unit?
Interested to know whether I need to get a Center Con for a 03-04 Sedan that is DD capable and if so how much is it? trying to stay away from the fold outs and figured I would add some style. Please help, anyone.
