Hey guys im new to G35 Driver i recently purchased my Dream car a '04 G35 coupe "silver surfer", im having a problem with my disc player...when i hit a bump or sometimes when driving the front side speaker may stop giving sound...Any help thanks?

 

It's a fairly common problem that will be fixed under warranty if your car has any left. Otherwise, you're going to have to replace the radio. Sorry.

 

Do what I do, just hit the side of the head unit when it goes out and it'll start working again.

 

Or do what I did and replace the whole sorry system.

I had the same problem. My left front speaker would cut out but only when playing CD's. Apparently it's the ribbon cable that connects the CD player to the HU. I was still under warranty and the dealer replaced the entire radio/CD/Tape unit.
