G35 Driver from Germany needs Help (Navigation outside US)

G35 Driver from Germany needs Help (Navigation outside US)
I`m a proud new owner of a white Infinity G35 (Year 2007) from Germany and I have one big problem.
The car`s navigation is not working in Germany because the US Card is installed.My question is if it is possible to install a german map on the system so I can use it.If this is possible I also need to know where I can find other maps for it?
Is the 350Z Navigation the same like my Infinity Navigation?

It would be great if someone could help me with this problem.

thanks guys.Ive checked their homepage and found a Europe Support Hotline.Will call them tomorrow and hope they can help me out.
