air conditioning issues

read some old posts but they didnt help......... just noticed today....i have an 05 sedan, live in chicago so its about 60/room tempish here now.

usually when i turn on ac button and set to say 68, its a nice cool breeze hitting my face, now its just blowing out warm air, only way i can get any "ac" to come out is if i crank it down to 60 then it comes out freezing.....and it seem like its more on the right hand drivers side than the left hand drivers side which stays a bit cooler

Should i take it in/sensor issue or am i not configuring it right?

Your car is probably under warranty, so I'd let the dealer fix it.

Have you had the plastic panel under the steering wheel off? If so, it might be the air temp sensor unplugged.

Its the same sensor in the 03-07 coupes and 03-06 sedans. They don't usually unplug themselves.
