Been looking around for some HUs that other members have installed with good results. I'm not into DVD movies or Nav so I'm not particularly interested in the LCD panel units that most people talk about here. I'm more interested in mp3/wma support, excellent clarity and sound reproduction (DACs), decent security features, time correction features, and aesthetically pleasing in regard to the rest of the car's interior (I have graphite interior).

I'm also interested about people who have or is using an in-band EQ or a some sort of separate EQ unit that would fit in a DIN slot or in the trunk. Need some guidance on these with pros/cons, wiring issues, cost, recommended brands, etc.
I'm interested in being able to tune the sound that goes to my speakers so I can get the best SQ possible out of them.

shibal..look at the same unit I'm lookin at Alpine series 9831/9833/9835 each has their own perks..but they are basically the same...
