Hey everyone, new member just wondering if anyone has installed their Inno in the G, I remember seeing one member mount his to the side of the HU with a metal bracket.
I wanted to mount it into the front ashtray compartment (fits perfectly in the dock)...I've seen the disassembly of the center console on other forums but am wondering if the ashtray unit can be removed without removing the shift **** and the middle console where the hazard lights button is located.
Any thoughts/pics?

Nope, the ashtray is connected to the center console for both autos and manuals. The shift **** is super easy to take off and the center console is very easy for the 6mt. For the automatic, you will want to use pastic panel poppers with a very sharp edge and broad surface.
