Troubleshooting Help: Audio Electrical Noise

I could use some help troubleshooting what seems to be some sort of electrical noise that is feed through my speaker system. This is completely random...It occurs when the key is switched on bat power, the motor does not have to be running. It is also fed through the audio system when the audio system is powered off. The FM stations often do not work at all like they almost loose signal altogether? I was thinking a ground issue although all is stock but found nothing, took apart the dash and inspected all connections and all is well. I would suspect its going bad as its intermittent but puzzled as i hear the feedback and tone when it is powered off. any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks - 2003 G35 Sedan

Is the audio system stock?

Do you have the Bose system?
