The mobiletronic version for the satellite antenna does not require aiming but its extremly expensive and bulky from what I remember.

satellite TV.... its made for Large SUV's with roof-racks or motor-homes, because the Dish is very large and round, but it sits flat ontop of your roof.
satellite Radio... the antenna is very small and does not require repositioning.

Ah ok I understand your question now. Few things you should know. First, Sat radio does not need to send the large amount of data that video (and quite sharp at that) goes. So the signal can be dispearsed over a larger area, which reduces the need to point directly at the sat. Second, Sat radio employs a ground antenna system. Similar to FM radio they Sat does transfer info to a ground station, which dispearses the signal via antennas.
