PAC AAI-NIS2 or Factory unit (PXNI peripheral)

I'm trying to set up my Ipod but I can't decide on which audio adaptor...any input?

the USA Spec kit is pretty nice and its all you need. you can control from your ipod from the head unit and get some info on your hu.

the kit is only like 130 or so.
