05 -> 06 Nav unit

So i have an 05 with nav, I've seen the 06, the graphics seem to be...i guess prettier...I was wondering if i could just swap out the nav unit itself?

If no, does anybody have the 6.6 Zenrin disc? (or is this not allowed?) sorry i'm new.
