Found a local dealer that is selling the Kenwood 8120 for $1449. I know there are online retailers selling this HU at a much cheaper price but I am concerned with keeping the 2 year factory warranty. Just want some opinions from people as to whether this is too much...Thanks

Thanks everyone for your responses. I ended up ordering the HU from Crutchfield. Got it for $1449 with wire harness and antenna adapter. Not the cheapest price I've seen but it's from a reputable source and I still get the 2-year manufacturer warranty.
